Returning Your Order

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return it. Items must be unopened and unused to qualify for a refund. Once we receive your return at Salon Shades HQ, we’ll issue your refund within 2 business days.

Before sending anything back, please contact our Customer Service Team to request a Returns Number. Returns sent without this number may be delayed.

Canceling Your Order

We process and ship most orders within 1 business day, so if you’d like to cancel, please reach out to us as soon as possible.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Changed your mind? You’ll be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
  • Faulty or damaged items? We’ll cover return shipping and either send you a replacement or issue a refund.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you’re entitled to a replacement or a full refund for that item.

Warranties

If an item is still under the manufacturer’s warranty, it must be reported and returned for inspection before we can issue a refund or replacement. Please allow 10–15 business days for this process.

All warranty returns must be sent back in a condition suitable for inspection. Items not returned in acceptable condition may not be processed, and return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds – How Long It Takes

  • We review and authorize returns within 2 business days of arrival back with us.
  • Please package returns securely to avoid damage during transit and request proof of postage in case the package is lost.
  • Refunds cover the cost of the product only; return shipping fees are non-refundable
